How To Create A Filter In Gmail

Here are the instructions! 

1) Click "Create a Filter" (use the "more" drop down menu) 
2) Paste the email or group address you would like to filter into the "to" box 
3) Click "Next Step" 
4) Check "Skip the Inbox" 
5) Check "Apply the Label" 
6) Choose "New Label" 
7) Enter label name of your choice (something relevant of course) 
8) If you check "Also apply to filter to x conversations below" the existing 
emails will be moved out of your inbox. 
9) Click "Create Filter" 

You're done! Now those messages won't be sent to your inbox. When you want to read, use the label and search to pull them all up!
